Meet the instructors of Dark Lotus Yoga

Audreyrose Viscovich
Audreyrose has been teaching yoga for over a decade and is a 500-hour RYT specializing in Vinyasa. She is also certified in Reiki, Barre, sound medicine, kids yoga, prenatal yoga, yin, and restorative yoga. Her classes are both challenging and rewarding, guiding students out of the mind and back into the body. Audreyrose meets each student where they are on their mat, creating a safe and supportive space while encouraging growth beyond comfort zones. She often closes class with influential passages to leave students feeling grounded.

nick Viscovich
Nick is a dedicated student of yoga, practicing both on and off the mat. He began in his early 20s to cultivate positive habits and soon found yoga’s physical strength and mental clarity transformative. As his body healed, the spiritual teachings of yoga inspired him to live more intentionally. After earning his certification in 2014, Nick began teaching and transitioned to full-time in 2016. His passion for yoga continues to grow, blending traditional wisdom with a modern approach to create a practice that meets each student's needs. No matter your experience level, Nick’s classes offer something for everyone.

Jessica Viscovich
Jessica is a 200 hour RYT, certified personal trainer, and certified barre instructor. You can expect to have a mixture of strength, stability, flexibility, effort, ease, pranayama, and meditation for a well-rounded and balanced practice. She encourages her students to be exploratory with their movements and to trust what their body is asking for, to develop a deeper connection with themselves and to have fun! Jessica believes yoga should enhance all other aspects of life. In addition to yoga, she loves training in other movement modalities and finds her yoga practice compliments her training. She believes yoga is a powerful tool both mentally and physically. Whether it’s your first time stepping onto the mat or you’re a seasoned practitioner all are always welcome.

Lisa Hengge
With a background rooted in aquatic fitness and personal training, Lisa brings a unique perspective to the mat that prioritizes functional anatomy and fluid, intentional motion. Having transitioned from the water to the studio, they blend the rigorous discipline of Ashtanga with the creative, breath-led sequences of Vinyasa.
Drawing from her experience in personal training, swim and water aerobics, their teaching style emphasizes "buoyancy" in transitions—helping students find a balance between effortless ease and physical strength. Whether you are looking to build power or find a rhythmic flow, Lisa’s classes offer a supportive environment to explore your edge and restore balance.

Jeffrey Browne
Jeff/shankara is a certified Hatha yogi, graduating from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center. Before starting his yoga teaching journey, Jeff was a youth wrestling coach and is currently working in the field of Environmental Conservation. Yoga has been apart of his life since the beginning, coming from a family of yogis, following in their footsteps by graduating from the same institution both his sister and mother did. After years of practicing several different forms of yoga, he found that his journey is through the Hatha yoga path. He firmly believes in Hatha yoga and aspires to uphold the philosophy of the Hatha yogis teachings. Shankara hopes that through teaching Hatha yoga, it will alter the relationship people have with yoga. Bridging the gap from yoga being a physical practice that focuses on the body, to one that becomes more of a meditative practice that will inturn help the practitioner control the mind and promote physical health.

Jamie Renna
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2024. My practice is deeply inspired by the natural world and the animals I care for, bringing a grounded, earth-connected energy into every class. I love helping students slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and the living world around them.

Kelly Parsley
Kelly brings a rare blend of healing arts and athleticism into her teaching, supported by over a decade of experience instructing 1:1 and group yoga, fitness, and martial arts classes. A 500-hour registered yoga teacher with advanced training in Gentle, Yin, and Restorative practices, her classes are rooted in energetic anatomy and emphasize slowing down with intention through breath-led movement to build somatic awareness. With additional training in Thai Massage and Polarity bodywork, Kelly bridges restorative practices with athletic movement and functional strength, offering trauma-informed classes that feel both grounding and empowering.

Michelle Perazzolo
I have a passion for guiding my students in a way that enforces mind body connection, peace & mindfulness of breath. I love dissecting a pose anatomically, hands on adjustments and seeing my students accomplish something new in their practice!
